‘First see Naples, then you can die!’ This is how Neapolitans describe their city. They have every reason to be proud, because Naples has 3,000 years of cultural history. Squares, churches, castles and theatres are widely represented in this atmospheric port. And as for food, an old friend is on the menu…
A city break that skips on the break, Naples is a city of intensity and exciting cultural experience. As one of the largest cities in Italy Naples is famous for the hurly-burly quality of life and won't fail to expand your definition of excitement. Be sure to take advantage of the frankly amazing selection of street food, but remember that the great taste isn’t just in the outstanding food, it can also be seen in the fantastic selection of shopping opportunities, in both the high-end boutique stores and the thriving markets of street traders which line the streets and alley-ways of the city.

Airport
To and from the airport:
The Alibus brings you to Stazione Centrale (Central station) and Piazza Municipio, near the main ferry port (molo Beverello). The Alibus ticket is €4 if you buy it from the driver on the bus. Save €1 by purchasing it in the airport or at the Stazione Centrale from one of the shops. Note also that the Stazione Centrale stop is not right outside the train station - it's about 200m or so down Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi.
